Your Responsibilities
* Work directly with front office teams to gather, analyse and document business requirements
* Liaise between front office, IT and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and implementation
* Collaborate on the development, enhancement and maintenance of trading and risk management systems.
* Ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms
* Stay updated on industry trends and ensure that all solutions meet compliance requirements
Key Skills
* At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in a front office trading or financial environment
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL and other data analysis tools
* Experience with trading platforms and risk management systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Benefits
* Salary up to £95k
* Hybrid working 2-3 days in office
