Job Title: Legionella Remedial Plumber
Location: Walsall, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £24k - £38k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting in the Midlands area for a Legionella Remedial Plumber, to cover contracts on Commercial and Domestic Client sites. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer who would be interested in working more regionally, as contracts are predominantly based within the midlands. Our Client can offer excellent cross-training prospects and great overtime opportunities.
Location of works include: Walsall, Bloxwich, Willenhall, Bilston, Cannock, Rugeley, Lichfield, Yoxall, West Bromwich, Dudley, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Solihull, Redditch, Droitwich Spa, Coventry, Bedworth, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Atherstone, Rugby, Hinckley, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Telford, Stafford.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as a Remedial / Plumbing Engineer within a Legionella / Water Hygiene company
- Candidates will ideally hold plumbing qualifications, including: G3 Vented & Unvented, NVQ / City & Guilds Plumbing (Level 1 / 2 / 3) as a minimum
- Ability to write detailed work reports for Clients and internal purposes
- Hardworking and dedicated work ethic
The Role:
- Undertaking a range of duties, including: installations and servicing of Unvented Cylinders, deadleg removals, TMV Servicing, pipework adjustments and soil stack replacements
- Finding faults whilst on site and following up with recommendations and initiating remedial actions
- Writing comprehensive work reports and updating logbooks
- Representing the company in a professional manner whilst on site
- Opportunities for further training and development
