Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

Location: England, UK – Hybrid Working (Travel to clients required)

Salary: Up to £75k + Benefits

Are you an experienced Dynamics NAV/Business Central professional looking for your next challenge? My client, a leading business solutions provider, is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert consultancy, guiding clients through the effective configuration of Business Central/NAV and related add-ons.
• Conduct system walkthroughs, troubleshoot client software concerns, and identify opportunities for functionality enhancements.
• Manage project tasks such as GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs, ensuring all configurations align with client expectations.
• Provide impactful training to key users using standard Microsoft training materials.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other consultants to ensure smooth project delivery and exceed client expectations.

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics NAV/Business Central Key User or Implementation Consultant.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Significant experience supporting, configuring, and implementing Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
