We are looking for passionate pre/post graduate industrial designer student to join the Hardside Product & Design team. The role is based in our Paris office with occasional trips to Cologne.

Missions

• Analyze user insights and translate them into strong product ideas.
• Create functional and compelling concepts which respect and elevate design identity.
• Understand product brief and be able to interpret intentions and potential challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the product, design operations and development teams on research, concept creation, feasibility studies and design development.
• Demonstrate strong narrative ability and use visual tools to bring product storytelling to life.
• Actively participate in hands-on product presentation to other departments.
• Stay informed about current trends through market research in fashion, art, design.

Profile

• Pursuing a University degree in product or industrial design.
• Possess a user-centric mindset with good technical understanding, ideally with some manufacturing process experience.
• Have a hands-on attitude, an open mindset and are eager to learn
• Organized, detail-orientated and team-spirited with strong interpersonal skills
• Have CAD software knowledge. (Rhino, Fusion 360, Solidworks…)
• Are proficient in using visualization tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot, Blender is a plus
• English is mandatory French and/or German is a plus
