Positions we are hiring:

Position: Senior Technical Manager

HC：2

Location: France

Job responsibilities:

1.Set up and lead the technical team for all technical and permission needs in developing Rooftop Power plant;

2.Responsible for all engineering design review, including preliminary PVsyst simulation, SLD, layout design etc;

3.Responsible for design optimization, including all main equipment selection;

4.Responsible for preparation for all documentation for applying construction permit and grid connection permit;

5.Responsible for coordination with various discipline for clarification/verification of engineering solution;

6.Responsible for project cost/CAPEX budget setting & monitoring/tracking, especially for IPP bidding project;

7.Responsible for technical negotiation/clarification with EPC contractor;

8.Responsible for bidding document preparation and review;

9.Responsible for defining insurance for different type of project in different phases; acceptance support during the construction of C&I PV projects;

Job requirements:.

1.Bachelor / Master degree in Electrical Engineering;

2.Strong technical-commercial knowledge;

3.5 to 8 years’ experience inBachelor / Master degree in Electrical Engineering;

Strong technical-commercial knowledge;

5 to 8 years’ experience in tier-one solar PV engineering and design institute, preferably electrical, cost analysis etc.;

4.Working knowledge of MS Office, PVsyst, Sketchup etc.;

5.Good in English;

6.Out-of-box thinking.
