Responsibilities

• Content Strategy and Execution: Develop a robust content strategy and comprehensive plan that outlines content creation, such as thought leadership articles, whitepapers, case studies, and digital content, and implement this plan by producing and distributing high-quality materials through the right channels to reach the target audience effectively.
• PR Management: Oversee public relations strategies to bolster the company’s image through media engagement, press releases, and storytelling. This includes cultivating media relationships for coverage, announcing developments via press releases, and creating narratives that reflect the company’s ethos and achievements.
• Event Management: Provide extra support in organizing regional industry fairs, corporate events, and meetings, ensuring high-quality execution and brand alignment.
• Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure content and PR activities are designed to support the teams’ efforts in meeting business targets, create materials that resonate with customers and prospects, and align PR efforts with marketing campaigns.
• Brand and Reputation Management: Contribute to the company's brand image by using strategic content to shape and maintain the desired image of the company, monitoring reputation public perception, and responding to any issues that may arise to protect the company’s reputation.
• Budget Management: Oversee the budget for content and PR initiatives, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Marketing Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital B2B marketing and communication strategies.
• Experience in Content and PR: Proven track record in content creation, brand storytelling, and public relations, with at least 7-8 years of experience in the field.
• Thinking: Ability to develop and execute content and PR strategies that align with business goals.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, analytical ability, and results orientation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French.
• Skills: Demonstrated success in areas such as Brand and Content Management, Public/Media Relations, Digital Communications, Product Launches, Campaign Management, and Event Management.
• Teamwork and Intercultural Competence: Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate intercultural competence.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the energy and electrotechnical market or the company's specific sector is a plus.
• Travel Requirements: Openness to travel 4-5 times a year for business purposes.
