Job Description

Job Title: Litigation Legal Secretary

Working Arrangement: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home


This role will initially be on a temporary basis with the opportunity of becoming permanent for the right candidate.


About the company: our client is a top law firm headquartered in London, England. They provide legal services to clients worldwide, covering a diverse range of practice areas.


Role Overview: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in litigation and class actions. You must also be able to prioritise, demonstrate a positive attitude, be proactive, and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office packages.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings
  • Arranging travel
  • Managing documents using iManage
  • Opening new matters
  • Typing reports and correspondence
  • Preparing bills
  • General administrative support
