Foundry are looking for an experienced Senior Lighting Designer to join our vibrant London based studio.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Lighting Designer, you will lead multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and budget adherence. You’ll manage both creative and technical aspects, working closely with clients and design teams, while mentoring junior staff. This role involves direct client interaction, project management, and fostering strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and manufacturers.

You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the design team, ensuring Foundry’s high standards are maintained and that new business opportunities are explored.

The successful candidate will be a creative individual who will work as part of our fun and dynamic team and will also have the opportunity to independently run some projects from inception to completion.

This role is based at our primary office in Bermondsey, London.

- Excellent creative skills with a keen eye for detail

- Interest and understanding of lighting technology

- An understanding of lighting standards & guidelines

- +5 years working as a lighting consultant

- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Autocad, Dialux & Microsoft Office
