Product Governance Manager

Arthur have partnered with a well established international Insurer who are seeking a Product Governance/Conduct manager to join their 1st line Compliance function, reporting into the Head of Product. This is a full time, permanent position operating on a hybrid basis 2/3 days in the office.

The role:

• Support the Head of Product with continued strategic product strategy
• Take ownership of the Fair Value Assessment framework
• Chair monthly product review meetings
• Collaborate with Stakeholders
• Design and deliver product governance training

Experience/Qualifications:

• Insurance background (London Market/Lloyds preferred, open to wider insurance)
• 4+ years within a Conduct/Product Governance role at senior level
• Strong experience across: PROD 4, Consumer Duty, IDD and FCA rules
• Management experience is highly advantageous
