Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Creative Strategy Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive creative strategy for our advertising and organic content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall creative strategy for app advertising campaigns and organic content
• Write detailed creative briefs for video editors and influencers
• Design innovative creative angles for advertising videos and organic content
• Develop engaging hooks to maximize user engagement
• Manage video integration on advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly
• Establish and maintain a regular content production schedule
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams

Required Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital creative strategy, preferably in the mobile app sector
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Deep understanding of current trends in social media video content
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Creative mindset with a strong aptitude for generating original ideas
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
