Position: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Central London (Hybrid Working Available)

Experience: Minimum 3 years PQE- Senior Level

We are currently working with a highly regarded and growing law firm based in Central London, seeking to expand their Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven solicitor to join a dynamic and diverse team.

About the Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a wide variety of commercial property matters, working closely with a diverse range of clients, including:

• Commercial and residential developers
• Property management companies
• Foreign and domestic investors
• Renewable energy companies and developers
• Retail and leisure businesses
• Institutional lenders
• High Net Worth Individuals
• Landowners and landlords
• Healthcare investors

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE in commercial property law, be confident in managing a diverse caseload, and possess excellent communication and client relationship skills. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex transactions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial property
• Experience managing a varied caseload with a strong focus on client care
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
• A proactive, problem-solving approach
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and growing law firm
