Conference Producer

Are you a skilled Conference Producer where you'd love to work on new launch events? This opportunity is for you.

Our client, an international events company, is looking for a Conference Producer to join their established London based team.

This is an opportunity to work on a portfolio of established international conferences as well as get involved in some launches.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering hybrid working (3 days a week from their Central London office) and salaries of up to £45K (dependant on experience).

Responsibilities:

• Research and confirm senior industry leaders to speak at the events.
• Conduct both desk based research to find the right individuals, this will take initiative and creativity
• Have the articulation and confidence to speak with senior figures on the phone
• Identify key topics, trends and speakers to captivate audiences

The Person:

• You will have proven Conference Production experience
• You'll be passionate about the events industry and have the commercial know how to build out portfolios
• Drive to progress, this is a company that actively promotes from within
• It would be highly beneficial to have professional services sector experience
