New: Strategic Regulatory Role – Elite US Firm in London (NQ – 3 PQE)

There is a unique opportunity at this prestigious US firm in London for a junior Associate to join its cross-Atlantic team that specialises in advising clients on foreign investments into the US market, as well as other developed nations.

The role will involve advising on the regulatory and screening process that goes into new US or G8-bound investments. From London, this will include UK security and investment regulatory filings, as well as general strategic advice to clients looking to make these transactions.

Candidates that may be suitable for the role include:

• NQ-3 PQE Competition/Antitrust Associates from other firms in London who are interested in this niche area of practice
• Corporate, Financial Regulatory, as well as International Trade Associates, are also invited to apply, providing a strong level of transactional experience and a desire to specialise in FDI matters
