Head of Infrastructure – High Frequency Trading – Remote

A leading High Frequency Trading (HFT) firm is seeking a Head of Infrastructure to oversee and scale their global infrastructure. You’ll drive performance, reliability, and scalability to support their cutting-edge trading systems.

What you’ll do

As Head of Infrastructure, you’ll manage global operations, including low latency systems, colocation, and networks. You’ll balance technical expertise with a love for knowing what makes the business tick, making key decisions on servers, networks, and resources. You’ll lead a team, manage vendors, and ensure their infrastructure supports rapid growth in HFT.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience managing global infrastructure in financial or HFT sectors.
• Strong technical skills in low-latency systems and network optimisation.
• Python or C++
• Experience in vendor management
• Ability to scale infrastructure and lead international, remote teams
