Legal PA – Birmingham (Hybrid) - Up to £28,000

The Role

Our client, a distinguished national law firm situated in the city centre, is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide support at Partner level within their Real Estate team.

The ideal candidate will boast extensive experience in assisting senior stakeholders, fostering a dynamic environment within a forward-thinking team, where the successful candidate can shape and define their role.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing PA support to Senior Lawyers
• Being the first point of contact for the department fielding both internal and external queries
• Drafting correspondence and email responses
• Efficiently managing demanding diaries
• Organising meetings, encompassing document preparation
• Facilitating travel arrangements.
• Coordinating team social events.
• Handling invoicing and expense processing for the team.
• Managing billing.
• Undertaking general administrative duties, including document preparation.

This role will suit an experiences, professional PA from a real estate background and a desire to build a career within a positive supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, enthusiastic and proactive.

The Candidate:

• Proficient in the use of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideally educated to A-Level Standard
• Ability to deal confidently with a range of stakeholders.
