Location: London (Hybrid working available around transactional needs)

Contract: Fixed-Term Contract, 3-6 months

Our client, an elite international law firm, is looking for a Corporate M&A Solicitor to join their busy transactional team in London on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract. With a surge in deal volume and a number of senior associates out, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-profile role.

The Role:

• Manage and drive high-value corporate transactions from start to finish.
• Draft and review key corporate documents, ensuring compliance with English M&A processes.
• Take ownership of deal closings and lead on complex documentation.
• Be a trusted advisor to clients, helping navigate challenging corporate matters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Available to start ASAP due to the urgent nature of the role.
• At least 4 years practising experience in a busy transactional corporate team.
• Strong knowledge of English M&A processes and expertise in drafting corporate documentation including closings.
• Proven matter management skills.
• Foreign-qualified lawyers (common law jurisdiction) are welcome to apply if they are already in London, provided they have 1+ years of experience working in London in a busy transaction team.
