• Participate in crafting, planning, and executing innovative features
• Advocate for consistency across various engineering teams, ensuring widespread adoption and adept use of applications and relevant technologies.
• Play a key role in shaping the architectural design of application systems
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, actively promoting and instilling software engineering best practices.

What you will need

• Excellent C# / .Net experience
• Excellent communication skills and desire to learn new skills.
• Willingness to commute to the Leeds office once or twice a week
• A right to work in the UK indefinitely without sponsorship.
