Product Manager

The Product Manager will manage an area of the Spotlight product, from conception through to production support. This role is critical in helping the larger organization succeed in servicing our customers and clients in the casting industry through high-quality, innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities;

• Develop and manage product roadmap and backlog for applications and data migration products.
• Create vision statements, document requirements, use cases, and user stories, define metrics for success, and analyze market trends.
• Prioritize sprints for application and data migration projects to ensure software development quality.
• Represent products to other parts of the business and collaborate with marketing to promote them through appropriate channels.
• Work with sales, and customer success teams to provide insights on the roadmap, and gather input/feedback on development/fixes.

We are keen to speak to people who have;l

• Experience in B2B and B2C product development and management, with successful design, development and launch of features and products. Ideally within the SaaS and/or Mobile App space
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work across departments and use an Agile framework for development teams.
• Experienced with current web & mobile dev technologies, libraries & frameworks.
• Familiarity with subscription-based applications & services, billing platforms, media & entertainment industry is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of reporting platforms like Heap & Google Analytics desired.
• Willingness to take initiative on tasks with a good eye for detail.
