Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Technology UK; Contract
One of the leading teams within X4 Group’s Technology Division are looking to hire 3 driven individuals to join their team. You will be expected to help drive forward and enhance the already exceptional work that the team has done over the last 10 years within Infra / DevOps / Data markets.

Responsibilities
- Commitment to action and understand the importance over the phone / meeting based relationships with daily business development phone calls.
- Leverages business development outreach calls, as the key method for forming and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrates ability to manage client calls independently and retrieve necessary information to strengthen relationship.
- Manages time effectively, by completing day-to-day tasks (KPIs) within deadlines.
- Confidently qualifies candidates, and fulfils post-placement follow up, demonstrating tenacity in providing a reputable consultancy service.
- Utilises internal Application Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with the Recruitment Life Cycle, codes managers/companies correctly, leverages the data and capabilities of the software to enhance consultancy performance (EG hotlists).
- Collaborates with other consultants to enhance market knowledge and role capability. Establishes understanding of X4s core compliance processes and policies (EG registering placement correctly on ATS, payment terms, credit checks).
- Establishes an active LinkedIn presence by sharing valuable X4 content, as an effort to establish client and candidate engagement streams, to strengthen market presence.
- Attends all training sessions and understands X4s policies surrounding behaviour, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
