The Role You Could Play

The Executive Assistant is responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of the business operations to take an active role in providing exceptional administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer- International Markets (COO), General Manager, Laser Clinics UK (GM), and broader International Markets and UK teams. This is a full-time, 38 hours per week role based on-site in Central London (potential hybrid working can be discussed).

What you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications an advantage but not essential
• 5+ years’ office management or personal/executive assistant experience
• Experience in services industry is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations is key, influencing stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams

Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and written and verbal communication capability
• Strong diary management and organisational skill with an ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines as required
• Demonstrated experience coordinating meetings, taking minutes, preparing packs, etc.
