VP | Real Estate Insurance

One of the world's leading Insurance providers within the Commercial Real Estate space is looking to hire a Vice President.

The VP of Real Estate will need to have extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate with international experience. The role has 4 direct reports and requires managerial experience.

The Role

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the team.
• Enhance client services and add value by ensuring all clients have tailored service plans.
• Review and approve client reports as needed.
• Foster an entrepreneurial mindset to drive results through innovative ideas, concepts, and product development.
• Support and coach team members to achieve their goals, providing regular feedback through one-on-one meetings.
• Utilize a solutions-based approach to contribute to technological advancements.
• Identify operational resource needs and assist in creating business case proposals.
• Organize and monitor client allocation, workflow, and credit control reports.
• Coordinate training opportunities for team members and ensure effective use of buddy and mentoring programs.
• Promote effective communication and accountability within the team, ensuring regular team meetings.
• Seek and generate new revenue opportunities through business development and networking events.
• Build and expand a network of client and market contacts, serving as a role model and mentor to team members.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Commerical Real Estate insurance, with a focus on managing European Real Estate accounts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
• Strong drive to deliver exceptional client service.
• Bi-Lingual is strongly preffered
• Ability to support and develop less experienced colleagues and direct reports.
