Job Description
As the International Business Development Director, your objective will be to develop and strengthen D-ICE's commercial activity with strategic maritime accounts (shipowners, offshore, oil, marine energy, wind energy, etc.).
You will be responsible for expanding our presence in international markets in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Our client, D-ICE Engineering, is a french deeptech company founded in 2015 in Nantes. It aims to address three major environmental challenges in the maritime sector: • Reducing its carbon footprint • Improving safety at sea • Producing clean energy.
To achieve this, D-ICE has developed expertise in :
* Multiphysical and multibody modeling and simulation of complex marine assets and operations
* Development of cutting-edge scientific software
* Maritime engineering, with a significant knowledge base in wind-powered vessels
* Development of advanced onboard systems for navigation, control, monitoring, and decision support.
Today, the company has a team of around 30 engineers and PhDs with multidisciplinary skills, including hydrodynamics, applied mathematics, robotics and control, software engineering, and systems engineering.
