Senior Hydrogen Technology Expert - France

Project: “Hydrogen Valley Facility”- CLEANH2/2024/OP/0002

The Clean Hydrogen JU is planning to launch a tender to set-up and run a ‘Hydrogen Valleys Facility’ aiming at accelerating the number of hydrogen valleys in Europe. The facility will include project development assistance to support Hydrogen Valleys at different level of maturity.

Position: Senior Hydrogen Technology Expert

As Senior Hydrogen Technology Expert, your responsibilities will be:

• providing guidance on hydrogen-related technologies,
• collaborating with both public and private project promoters, and addressing the financial and legal considerations of project development.
• manage data collection, conduct statistical analyses, and contribute to the development of online communication platforms.

Educational background:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional qualification) preferably in engineering, science, chemistry or economics

Professional experience:

• 12 years proven experience in hydrogen technologies such as hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and utilization.

Specific professional experience:

• Involvement in Project Development Assistance (PDA) services, particularly in the hydrogen sector would be an asset

Language skills:

• At least level C1 in English (CEFR C1)
