- Analyze enhancement/ implementation requests from Business users
- Act as a bridge between IT and the Business in the project management
- Collaborate with IT and the Business to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare specifications, resource estimation, planning/ roadmap, test scenarios and release documentation
- Ensure timely releases according to project roadmap
- Discuss/ influence/ socialize among stakeholders to form organizational agreements on project goal, concept, and requirements.
- Initiate optimization plans on banking process to establish projects
- Bachelor's degree with min. 7-10 years of experience in the banking sector or banking related project experience with a consulting firm
- Background in Project Management, Business Analysis, and/ or Business Process Reengineering
- Good knowledge of bank operations and system used in the relevant processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience in business process reengineering and project implementation
- Well verse in project management methodology e.g. waterfall or agile
