Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing engineering team working on cutting-edge technology in the semiconductor industry.


They are now looking for their next Silicon Validation Engineer. Within this role you would focus on high-frequency digital content and silicon validation at a systems level, ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of silicon chips.


Key Responsibilities for the Silicon Validation Engineer

  • Develop and execute test plans for silicon validation, focusing on high-speed interfaces and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Perform hands-on testing in the lab using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and related equipment.
  • Automate test procedures using Python to improve testing efficiency and data collection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve silicon issues.
  • Analyze test data, conduct root-cause analysis, and report findings to ensure product performance.

Key Requirements for the Silicon Validation Engineer

  • Years of experience in high-frequency/RF silicon validation
  • Proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python for test automation.
  • Strong understanding of digital and analog circuit design.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
