In 2022, LeakID will join the Forward Global Group's Fight Against Illicit Markets division, with the ambition of building a leading international player dedicated to the fight against illicit markets, and in particular against piracy.

LeakID has established itself as a leading anti-piracy expert in France and Europe, protecting the content of its customers in the sports (sports leagues, television channels), entertainment (live events) and cultural (film, music, literary publishing and press) sectors.

Thanks to its technology, LeakID can detect unauthorised content on the Internet and request its removal worldwide. Its subsidiary Rivendell is a world leader in the removal of copyright-infringing results from Google.


Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the efforts of our Content & Brand Protection division internationally, in a highly competitive and evolving global market.


As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to prioritize the expansion of our client base and drive revenue growth, especially in the content protection sector, while also supporting growth in brand protection.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with key stakeholders, including sports leagues, content creators, broadcasters, tech companies, trade associations, public authorities, and brands.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and strategies, leveraging your expertise to maximize market penetration and client acquisition.
  • Lead and manage the preparation and submission of proposals for tenders and bids, ensuring high-quality and competitive submissions.
  • Provide strategic input and direction on the development and enhancement of marketing materials and sales collateral to effectively support sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the heads of the Content & Brand Protection division and cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, legal) to align sales strategies with overall division and company objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, building a robust network and establishing the company as a leader in the field.


Requirements


  • At least 7 years of experience in sales functions, particularly with a proven track record in driving growth internationally
  • Extensive experience or a strong network in content protection or brand protection would be highly valuable. Alternatively, demonstrated ability to quickly understand and excel in niche technical markets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders globally.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating bids and tenders.
  • Willingness and availability to undertake frequent international travel.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working autonomously while effectively collaborating with the team, driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset but not mandatory.
