Job Description

Our client, a European leader in the SaaS industry specializing in solutions for Charging Point Operators and companies managing charging station networks, is hiring a Sales Manager to focus on the French market.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies and plans to drive sales growth and boost revenue.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market developments and competition to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve or surpass quarterly and yearly sales goals.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to craft effective market entry strategies.
  • Compile and present sales performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.


Requirements:

  • Must be located in France.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise.
  • Proven success in high-value sales, particularly in the SaaS EV/Energy or Telecom sectors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Capable of developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus.
