Software Test Engineer

Software Test Engineer – Paris. Established, dynamic a rapidly expanding FinTech client seeks to hire a Software Test Analyst who has experience with automation testing and Manual regression testing experience to join this award-winning FinTech software solutions provider. Their products are high-performance price-matching solutions to the investment banking community. There are several high-profile innovation projects taking place during 2024 that the automation testing team will be part off.

Test Engineer Role Will:

• Writing, scheduling and maintaining clean and clear automated tests
• Help to maintain an automation and manual environment
• Integration of automation testing scripts to software solutions (Python)
• Testing both front-end and back-end software
• Collaborating with other QA Analysts to facilitate knowledge transfer
• Liaising with Development teams, ensuring defects are communicated and resolved

Test Analyst skill Requirements;

• 2-4+ years’ experience testing on high performance production systems
• A good knowledge of financial systems
• Solid commercial automation and manual testing experience
• Knowledge of Unix
• Scripting experience – Python / Shell / Bash
• Experience of VeriFIX - FIX Protocol – ITCH.
