Your impact :

As Finance IS Project Manager, you will join the Group Treasury and Credit Management departments, a team of 5 people who oversee a large ecosystem of finance tools:

• Group tools for bank communication & clearing system (Trax)
• Treasury Management System (Quantum)
• Anti-fraud control application (Trustpair)
• Credit management applications (GetPaid, Intellimind, Sidetrade, etc)
• Other (non exhaustive list)

You will embody 3 profiles:

• Treasury/Credit Management information system administrator
• Treasury/Credit Management business analyst
• International rollout project manager

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of finance/IT projects related to all treasury and credit management applications, in collaboration with the Group IT departments.

You will need to understand both finance and Information Technology.

You will work closely with IT technical support, finance stakeholders across Rexel entities, banks, IT providers and other internal departments.

Your day to day:

• Ensure communication with the various stakeholders: local and group Finance teams, IT/digital teams, banks, credit insurers, external providers.
• Be the lead on local or group finance projects which involve payment processing skill as business application owner, improving payment process, anti-fraud process, collection/risk processes, designing, setting up and training.
• Provide prompt support to end Treasury/Credit Management Systems users.
• Qualify requests and send them to the IT technical support.
• Support the treasury team to improve the use of Quantum (TMS).
• Yearly, ensure compliance with Swift CSP, Group requirements and Security assessment and responding to requests/remedial actions of internal audits.
• User management (access/connection) and periodic user access review.
• Keep documentation updated.
• Monitor and prepare IT Treasury budget with the IT department, follow up man-days consumed/invoiced.

Your profile :

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in corporate finance: experience with financial processes, especially Treasury.
• IT skills (Project management. SQL and BI would be a plus.)
• Customer oriented, support focus and ability to speak with IT and finance terms.
• Flexibility and effective multi-tasking.
• Ability to work in a team, loyalty is essential.
• Full proficiency in both English and French.
