Job Description

Certeurope, a subsidiary of the Italian Infocert Group, is the leading French certification authority. Currently undergoing a major transformation, we offer a complete range of solutions for the digitalization of business processes: electronic signature platform, customer onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) but also PKI (Public Key Infrastructures) solutions.

In a context where remote work is becoming more and more popular and the limitation of travel is a necessity for everyone, we seek to offer solutions that allow companies to transform their organizations.

In this context, we are looking to strengthen our sales team by recruiting a Account Manager dedicated to our digital trust value proposition.


Job description

Reporting directly to the Director of sales, your main mission is to develop a portfolio of prospects and customer accounts in the Banking, Finance, Insurance, Insurtech and Fintech sectors through prospecting, follow-up and support.

You will work with medium to large business clients / key accounts and high-level contacts (C-level).

After a complete integration and training course on our different products and sales cycles, you will be directly responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy of your sector in coordination with your N+1.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating strategic plans to develop new accounts and grow existing accounts
  • Anticipate customer needs and identify opportunities
  • Conduct sales negotiations to develop sales
  • Develop a portfolio by increasing contacts within client organizations and identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Interact with multiple contacts internally and with our parent company in Italy (pre-sales, marketing, support, technical) in a collaborative manner
  • With a view to continuous improvement and to support our growth phase, accurate and regular reporting on our CRM will be essential
  • Act duly and constantly respecting the company’s internal procedures along with the ones dictated by the participated tenders
  • Help presales, project and service management when invoked
  • Support the financial department in all cases it’s needed
  • Trigger escalation to the management in due times
  • Constantly monitor the level of satisfaction of the Customer base, detecting possible issues and promoting the related actions leveraging the competent teams.

  • You will work with a dedicated Presales Engineer who will be your technical partner and who will support you in the various sales phases
  • You will benefit from all the internal resources necessary to support your sales approach. (Business Compliance, Marketing, …)

Qualifications

  • You have a higher education with a commercial focus
  • You have 5 to 10 years of commercial experience in a software company, ideally in the field of digital identity, onboarding/KYC solutions
  • Specialist in the Banking and Fintech sector, you have a solid network of customers and prospects
  • You master sales and negotiation techniques over long cycles
  • You master the use of a CRM (Salesforce ideally)
  • You have an appetite for new technologies
  • You are fluent in English, Italian is a plus
