Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Networking Project Manager to lead complex networking projects for a global blue-chip networking vendor, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-scale networking solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced professional capable of managing multiple (regional and international) projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end networking projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored networking solutions that meet their business needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and support, to ensure project success.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee the technical delivery of complex networking solutions, including LAN/WAN, wireless, security, and cloud networking.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in all project activities.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Drive post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to improve future project performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in project management within the networking industry, with a focus on large-scale enterprise networking projects.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, wireless, network security, and cloud networking.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering complex networking projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and manage risks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required for project needs.
