Job Description

Responsibilities of a Concrete Project Manager include the following:

• Responsible for pre-construction tasks, job transition, and project start-up.
• Manages cost, schedule, and cash flow while overseeing direct reports.
• Maintains client relationships and ensures a safe work environment.
• Supports project construction, manages safety and risk, and generates technical records.
• Participates in training and certifications.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum Qualifications for a Concrete Project Manager are:

• Must reside in the United States
• Must have a minimum of 4 years in the construction industry working for a concrete contractor that performs structural projects, NOT flatwork.
• Must have experience as a Project Manager.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred.
