My Client:


My client is at the forefront of innovation in the renewable energy sector, pioneering the production of green hydrogen to drive a sustainable future. They're revolutionizing energy storage and electrolysis technology with their unique and cutting-edge Electrolyser. Now, they're looking for passionate Electrical Engineer to help them take the next big step in our journey towards a greener planet.


The Role: Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy. You'll collaborate closely with their dynamic engineering team, leading the planning, design, and implementation of electrical systems. Your expertise will be crucial in developing their first prototype electrolysers, overseeing the installation of demonstration plants, and driving the launch of serial production for their innovative electrolysers.


Your Mission


  • Electrical System Design & Planning: Lead the design and planning of advanced electrical systems with a focus on power electronics, transformers, and mains connections.
  • Control Cabinet & Safety Systems: Spearhead the planning and implementation of control cabinets, electrical safety systems, sensors, and actuators, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
  • Project Oversight: Take charge of the preliminary, draft, and detailed planning for all electrical components and systems. Manage costs, schedules, and quality across all electrical trades.
  • Commissioning & Project Management: Oversee the commissioning of electrical systems, managing research, pilot projects, and initial commercial demonstrations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate approval and certification processes, ensuring all projects meet stringent industry standards (e.g., TÜV).


Your Profile


  • Passion for Green Energy: You're driven by the belief that green hydrogen is the key to a sustainable future, and you're eager to be part of this transformative industry.
  • Educational Background: You’ve completed a degree in Electrical Engineering or a technical apprenticeship with further training as a technician.
  • Professional Experience: You bring over four years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, with expertise in AC/DC systems, high-power rectifiers, switchgear, transformers, and more.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware planning tools is essential, and experience with grid connection planning is a plus.
  • Collaborative Communication: You excel in communication, negotiation, and teamwork, thriving in interdisciplinary environments.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English, especially in technical contexts.
  • Startup Enthusiast: You’re ready to take on significant responsibility in a fast-growing startup, tackling challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
