Large Cap Portfolio Management AVP (Leveraged Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a portfolio of large-cap leveraged finance borrowers, focusing on proactive credit risk management.
• Prepare detailed monitoring reports and perform ongoing financial performance analysis of borrowers.
• Report material developments to management, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with key stakeholders including Credit Department and Head Office.
• Support the identification and execution of new business opportunities, working closely with senior management and colleagues across various departments.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and credit analysis for transactions and prepare credit submissions, presenting findings to management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with borrower management teams and collaborate with internal teams to drive new business opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of the European leveraged finance market and sound credit/risk analysis skills, preferably gained from relevant experience in leveraged finance transactions.
• Proficiency in analyzing historical financial statements, cash flow modeling, and financial due diligence.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across various teams within the bank.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this credit-intensive role.
• A higher diploma, vocational qualification, or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
