About the company: An exciting and fast growing fintech company is looking for an experienced Java developer to join their team. This is a hybrid working model.

Essential Skills:

• University degree (or equivalent) in information technology
• 5 years (minimum) of experience in Java (latest versions), Kotlin, Spring, Springboot
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, microservices architecture
• You have worked within Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments
• Previous experience within a fintech environment is a bonus
• German (minimum C1)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize Java-based applications that power their financial services platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Lead the development of robust, secure, and scalable solutions, contributing to the architecture and continuous improvement of our financial systems.
• Work closely with product managers and other developers to deliver high-quality software that meets business requirements and user needs.
• Implement and manage integrations with external financial systems, payment gateways, and APIs to extend the functionality of the platform.
