Electromechanical Service Engineer

For the position as Electromechanical Service Engineer : You make the necessary schedules and installation plans for the installation and start-up of the machines You coordinate together with the customer the on-site installation process You are responsible for the technical final inspection before dispatching the machines to be installed You ensure that everything has been assembled according to the plan You confirm that all items in the offer are present and conduct the final functionality check of the machines You are responsible for the maintenance and service interventions at the customers' sites You travel to the customer to address and resolve the problem on-site i n case of complaints or issues You report, take care of the administration of the service tasks and provide feedback to the organization You give presentations/training sessions (internally and externally) and present the project/product to customers You travel internationally on a regular basis (up to 60%) You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics Experience is beneficial but not essential You have a strong technical comprehension and excellent knowledge of electromechanics You are highly adaptable and can quickly familiarize yourself with the products You know how to prioritize tasks You can work independently without compromising team spirit You possess a proactive personality with a sense of initiative and a customer-oriented/commercial mindset You aim to continuously enhance the quality of your work You have a good proficiency in English The company offers the following value package: A full-time job Competitive compensation Extra-legal benefits Bike lease The company is a preeminent worldwide supplier of solutions for the application of thin film coatings.
