Electronic Engineer | Potsdam | €60k

One of my clients located in Potsdam are looking for a passionate and driven Hardware Engineer to join them in their automation and environmental technology division.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the development, testing, and quality assurance of electronic systems.
• Provide technical support and assist the purchasing department in sourcing printed circuit boards.
• Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of various development projects.
• Foster close cooperation and communication with departments including software development, production, and technical documentation.
• Create comprehensive documentation, testing protocols, and training materials.
• Maintain and upgrade our in-house measurement technology, with a focus on environmental and automation technology.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise, helping to address client inquiries.

Qualifications:

• A degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field from a cooperative university, university of applied sciences, or similar institution, with a focus on hardware design.
• Strong skills in electronics and circuit development (both analog and digital).
• Experience with schematic and PCB design using Autodesk EAGLE, including the design of multi-layer boards and layouts.
• Advantageous: Knowledge or experience as an electrician (DGUV 3 certification).
• EPLAN experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in both German and English.
