Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Matriculation Tertiary qualification 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR/Payroll role Prior experience in the transport industry preferred Excellent organizational and administrative skills Proficiency in using HR and payroll software Duties and Responsibilities Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files. Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle all administrative tasks related to new employee onboarding and terminated employee offboarding. Timesheet Verification and Finalization: Review and verify employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Payroll Processing: Prepare payroll using Sage Payroll, including calculations for overtime, incentives, and deductions. Bargaining Council and Provident Fund Administration: Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations related to the Bargaining Council and Provident Fund for both new and terminated employees within the road freight industry.
