Ouditbestuurder Ons kliënt is n toonaangewende firma wat spesialiseer in die verskaffing van persoonlike en hoë kwaliteit oudit- en adviesdienste aan n wye verskeidenheid nywerhede. Hul toewyding tot die bou van sterk verhoudings met kliënte en die lewering van kundige leiding het hul posisie as n vertroude naam in die mark versterk. Salarisverwagting: Ongeveer R50,000 per maand (afhangend van ervaring) Voordele: Werknemersvoordeleplan, skootrekenaar word verskaf (aftrekking van salaris, eienaarskap na 3 jaar) Werksure: Maandag tot Donderdag: 07:00/07:30/08:00 16:00/16:30/17:00, Vrydag: 07:00 13:30 Ligging: Op die perseel by Lynnwood Manor, Pretoria Verantwoordelikhede: Bestuur n Diverse Kliëntnetwerk: Bestuur n portefeulje van kliënte deur pasgemaakte oudit- en adviesdienste te lewer. Verseker dat dienste aan kliëntespesifieke behoeftes voldoen en hoë kliëntetevredenheid handhaaf word. Beplanning en Toewysing van Hulpbronne: Ontwikkel gedetailleerde ouditplanne en bestuur die toewysing van hulpbronne. Optimaliseer spanopdragte gebaseer op individuele sterkpunte en projekvereistes. Bestuur van Kliënteverhoudings: Dien as die primêre kontakpunt vir kliënte, bou langtermynverhoudings. Hanteer kliënte se navrae vinnig en verseker gladde dienslewering. Verseker Nakoming van Ouditstandaarde: Verseker dat ouditstandaarde en interne kwaliteitsbeheermaatreëls nagekom word. Hersien ouditwerk deeglik om akkuraatheid en nakoming van beste praktyke te verseker. Opleiding en Vaardigheidsontwikkeling van Personeel: Mentor en lei ouditpersoneel, en bevorder hul tegniese vaardighede en professionele groei. Reël gereelde opleidingsessies om die span op hoogte te hou van bedryfsontwikkelings en standaarde. Debiteurebestuur: Bestuur debiteureprosesse, verseker tydige fakturering en invordering. Implementeer strategieë om kontantvloei te verbeter en uitstaande skulde te verminder. Bereiking van Sleutelprestasie-aanwysers (KPAs): Stel KPAs vir ouditbetrokkenheid op om doeltreffendheid en effektiwiteit te meet. Lei inisiatiewe om prestasieteikens te bereik en voortdurende verbetering te dryf. Kwalifikasies en Ervaringsvereistes: Pasgekwalifiseerde CA(SA) of binnekort gekwalifiseerd. Moet ten minste die eerste raadseksamen (ITC) geslaag het. Vaardighede en Sertifisering: Vaardigheid in rekenaarsagteware (oudit-verwante gereedskap). Uitstekende kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede. Sterk aandag aan detail en logiese denke. Vermoë om goed binne n span te werk. Loopbaanvordering: Hierdie rol is van kritieke belang vir die firma se strategiese groei. Die Ouditbestuurder het duidelike geleenthede vir loopbaanvordering, insluitend bevordering tot Senior Vennoot en uiteindelik Direkteur, indien prestasieverwagtinge nagekom word. Ensure services meet client-specific needs and maintain high client satisfaction levels. Planning and Directing Resources: Develop detailed audit plans and manage resource allocation. Optimize team assignments based on individual strengths and project requirements. Managing Client Relationships: Act as the primary contact for clients, fostering long-lasting relationships. Address client inquiries promptly and ensure smooth service delivery. Ensure Compliance with Audit Standards: Ensure adherence to auditing standards and quality control measures. Review audit work thoroughly to maintain accuracy and best practices. Training and Upskilling of Personnel : Mentor and guide audit staff, fostering their technical and professional development. Organize training sessions to keep the team updated on industry standards. Debtors Management: Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely billing and collections. Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debts. Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish KPIs for audit engagements to measure efficiency and effectiveness. Lead initiatives to achieve performance targets and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Newly Qualified CA(SA) or soon-to-be qualified. Must have passed at least the first board exam (ITC). Skills and Certifications: Proficiency in computer software (audit-related tools). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and logical thinking. Ability to work well within a team. Career Progression: This role is key to the firms strategic growth. The Audit Manager has clear career progression opportunities, including advancement to Senior Associate and, if performance expectations are met, to Director.
