Job Description
FINANCIAL MANAGER JOB PURPOSE: To manage the financial accounting function and provide support which informs sound strategic decision making required to optimize the performance and achieve the goals of the company. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Duties include but not limited to: Financial Planning Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices. Financial Reporting Prepare comprehensive financial and management reports. Reporting to head office on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Cashflow Management Compile the company’s cashflow. Audits Manage internal and external audits. Financial Record Management Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records, transactions, and documentation. REQUIREMENTS: SAICA, CIMA, SAIPA, or other relevant professional certification. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial management. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
