Technical Service Manager (Electrical Services)

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have completed a Tertiary qualification in business, operations or be a trade tested Electrician, coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in the management of technical/electrical service teams, ideally in a construction/electrical or facilities management. You will have a proven track record in operations planning, preparing estimates, costing of projects and ensuring the highest standards are delivered in terms of customer SLAs. You will have excellent communication skills, be an adept problem solver and be able to expertly manage between 8-10 small electrical teams for maintenance projects across Gauteng, Limpopo and North West You will be results driven, a natural people leader, organised, meticulous and have a high stress tolerance, able to thrive under pressure.
