CCTV Technician- Pietermaritzburg

Responsibilities Manage and maintain the effective operations of the CCTV section strictly in accordance with company policies and procedures and gaming board regulations. Carefully test the CCTV systems and equipment on a daily basis and take prompt corrective action Minimise effective surveillance equipment downtime Correctly install surveillance equipment Empower people through regular training to resolve surveillance problems by themselves Communicate regularly and clearly with dept managers to improve surveillance problems by themselves Ensure surveillance system software is upgraded and correctly configured Build a competent and motivated surveillance team through confident and caring supervision. Qualifications / Requirements Must be registered with PSIRA Matric ( NQF 4) Verbal and written English skills Numeracy skills (NQF 4) Able to work and make good decisions in a fast-paced environment Min two years casino surveillance CCTV experience.
