Skills & Attributes Experience in financial services, fintech and or crypto (10 yrs min) Strong Excel skills is mandatory Strong operational experience Exposure to HR, marketing, compliance, legal Excellent at problem solving Ability to work under pressure Interested in crypto currency Coding skills is not required but would be a bonus This role is suited to a person with considerable experience in financial services, across various environments. Should have a genuine interest in crypto and or fintech. They need to understand the FSCA, FAIS compliance and marketing of financial services. They need exposure to HR and organizational development. They need experience in overseeing legal and contractual documents. This person should consider themselves an all-rounder, midfielder, who can wear multiple hats in a single day, pivoting between functions to oversee multiple areas of the business, taking over many tasks ordinarily in the domain of CEO and COO.
