Technical Lead Android

Project Description:

Luxoft considers the scope of current proposal dedicated to the implementation of the End-to-End Proof of Concept (PoC) for Android Automotive In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system, the scope will include the utilization of the Truck API, encompassing both the Common API and SOME/IP protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Technilal leadership
• Providing of the ideas on implementation and guidance
• Feature Implementation: Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• System Architecture: Define and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable system architecture for Android applications.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical leadership to help them grow and improve their skills

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java
• Android SDK
• Git
• Secure Coding Practices
• Encryption and Authentication
• RESTful APIs

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Jetpack Components: Proficient in using Jetpack libraries such as LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, and Room.
• Third-Party Libraries: Experience with popular third-party libraries like Retrofit, Glide, Dagger, and RxJava.
