My client who are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of products and solutions for power supply and process automation are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer for the continued improvement of protection algorithms.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting preliminary research on protection algorithms and signal processing.
• Actively improving existing systems to ensure they consistently meet and exceed required standards.
• Applying your expertise and creativity to develop innovative and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (from a university or university of applied sciences).
• A passion for developing and implementing algorithms.
• Strong programming skills, ideally in C/C++, MATLAB, and Python.
• Familiarity with power grids and electrical systems.
• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
• A team-oriented mindset, with flexibility and adaptability.
