DO-254 FPGA Developer (M/W/D)

For our aerospace projects in Bayern, our Teams are actively looking for FPGA Developers (M/W/D) with DO-254 experience. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Your tasks will be the following :

• Participating in the development of FPGA for embedded systems for aviation applications
• Executing and coordinating the tasks for the development of software applications
• Implementing technical requirements and detailed specifications for the optimal use of the hardware architecture, modules and FPGA control systems
• Programming, commissioning and testing of board support packages for electronic control units and/or applications
• Carrying out FPGA reviews for requirements analysis and conceptual/detail design
• Evaluating, documenting and communicating the verification results
• Creating, testing and evaluating security concepts and analyses
• Supporting the development of software strategies
• Collaborating in interdisciplinary development teams

Requirements :

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics or similar qualification
• Experience in software development in the aviation sector desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Proven experience in the development of embedded systems
• Proven experience with FPGA technology and FPGA tools (e.g. VHDL, Verilog)
• Experience with model-based software software development methods and tools tools (e.g. Matlab/Simulink) desirable
• Knowledge of FPGA verification
• Experience in FPGA development in the aerospace industry (DO-254) desirable
