Production Manager Assistant for a Construction Project

Protecnium (protecnium.com/es) is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services in construction. We are currently seeking a Production Manager Assistant for a Regasification Terminal Project for one of our clients in Stade.

-Estimated length of the position: 4 years, the first two years you will be hired by us and then direcly by the client- In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.

-Summary: support the Senior Production Manager in overseeing the construction site and ensuring that the project is executed according to the outlined plans and objectives.

-Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations on-site and report to the senior production manager.
• Review the project contracts and associated documentation, create sketches or detailed plans to complement the project documentation, and ensure its proper execution.
• Measure various project units, either on plans or in completed project stages, to provide a comprehensive assessment.
• Calculate and apply unit prices for project elements to certify the project’s value and manage administrative control of daily reports and required permits.
• Conduct inspections and tests on the project to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Address and resolve non-conformities related to materials, equipment, or environmental incidents that do not meet the project’s requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary, as dictated by the job role, to support the project's overall objectives.

-Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experiencein civil works projects, post-tensioned concrete, prestressed concrete, or similar structures.
• High-intermediate (B2), Advanced Level of English (C1).
