Position Description

As a Team Lead for SaaS, you will guide teams in the development and maintenance of our clients SaaS offerings. The products your teams create will revolutionize digital media experiences, enabling customers to access any content on any device using their cutting-edge technology.

• Work closely with Product Management and UX.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the team focuses on the right priorities.
• Guide your team to produce high-quality code and follow modern agile software practices, ensuring service quality, security, and operability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, agile methodologies, and management topics.

Experience

• Multiple years of experience in technical leadership or people management within software engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectures and system designs in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in professional software development.
• Expertise in development practices and advocacy for modern engineering methods.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
