HVAC Project Site Engineer – Bavaria, Germany

Location: Bavaria, Germany - various project sites (Hybrid working flexibility, project dependant)

Salary: Flexible depending on experience + Car Allowance + Package

Job Description

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a well established German Construction Company who are looking to expand their HVAC Team in Bavaria focusing on Leitungsphasen 5-9 for a range of confidential hochbau projects, both new construction and re-installations.

Day-to-day duties could include:

• Manging HOAI phases 5-9
• On site supervision, overseeing the installation of HVAC systems on multiple project sites
• Ensuring projects adhere to project specifications, timelines and safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
• Coordinate with construction team, subcontractors and other engineering disciplines
• Supervise the testing, commissioning and handover of HVAC systems to client
• Identity and resolve any on-site issues, providing technical guidance where required
• Provide regular updates, reports, and documentation as required
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations, environmental standards and project specific confidentiality requirements

Requirements for the role:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
• 3+ years of on-site experience in HVAC system installation and supervision, preferably in confidential or high-security environments
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and commissioning processes
• Familiarity with German building codes and regulations
• Willingness to travel to various project sites in Bavaria
• Fluency in German is essential, English is an advantage
