Finance Solutions Consultant

Your responsibilities

  • requiring deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical & functional CFIN, SAP ECC capabilities, including industry best practices;
  • ensuring consistency of the overall solution;
  • identifing potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these;
  • maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluate them for applicability;
  • keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge. Is together with team members end-to-end responsible to deliver the value of a single Product through the entire Product life cycle;
  • delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero defect culture;
  • being multidisciplinary - ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy and support the Product are embedded in the team;
  • being responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance);
  • being ech-savvy team member who develops products with innovative elements;
  • willing to help other team members with removing impediments;
  • being able to reduce complexity of the work that has to be done;
  • cooperating with business representatives to work out business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assess the complexity of these and translate into implementable solutions and configurations;
  • ensuring the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements and architecture standards;
  • demonstrating product features during sprint reviews to stakeholders;
  • coordinating work of third party solution consultants (IBM, SAP) teams to secure successful solutions delivery.

Our requirements

  • have minimum of 5-10 years SAP experience with at least 5 years in Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO);
  • have preferably experience in Central Finance implementations /SAP 4 HANNA;
  • have expert-level skills in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN) along with corresponding SAP Fiori applications;
  • have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences;
  • are a business and technical consultant that is responsible for the design of the product;
  • are analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured;
  • are a team player and is able to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus;
  • are eable to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.

The CFIN Finance Solution Consultant supports the Business Consultants in translating architecture and requirements into solutions and participates in the technical development together with our internal and external partners.
